In the second half of the year, Hainan Commercial Space Launch Site will welcome its first launch mission. As the core link of the aerospace industry, rocket launch has extremely high requirements for safety protection inside and outside the field. To ensure the smooth completion of future normal launch missions, it is crucial to build a tightly controlled "safety net" around the launch site, strengthen personnel control at the launch site, and ensure personnel safety.
How to make this "safety net" smarter, more detailed, and strictly guarded? With this issue in mind, the Hainan Commercial Space Launch Site considered product quality certification, technical parameter performance, and service capabilities, and ultimately chose to cooperate with the subsidiary of Zhong'an Science and Technology Co., Ltd., Haoen (hereinafter referred to as "Haoen"), to build a 5.2-kilometer-long, fully covered pulse electronic fence perimeter defense system around the launch site.
The Haoen Security Pulse Electronic Fence System integrates deterrence, blocking, and alarm functions, with four standard alarm modes: short circuit, open circuit, anti disassembly, and fault. It can flexibly deploy and disarm. Unlike high-voltage power grids, pulse electronic fences are protected by intermittent power supply like a pulse. Once someone illegally climbs over the fence, the system immediately alarms and generates high-voltage pulse signals to warn and prevent potential intruders. As the first barrier for regional security prevention, this system can effectively prevent potential illegal and criminal activities, ensure the normal operation of the launch site, and maintain national security.

Intelligent prevention of 'not angry, self threatening'
Based on the perimeter protection concept of "obstruction as the main and alarm as the auxiliary", the design of the Haoen Security Pulse Electronic Fence System is mainly aimed at deterrence, obstruction, and alarm. Through strict perimeter defense and control, it effectively deters and suppresses criminals before they commit illegal and criminal acts.In case of forced intrusion, the electronic fence will provide a pulse high-voltage strike within the safe energy range, warning illegal intruders and shaking their ability and motivation to climb over the fence. At the same time, the system emits a high decibel sound alarm on site and is linked with other security systems (such as alarm hosts, monitoring systems, etc.) to achieve the purpose of safety obstruction.

The electronic pulse of the system scans every wire of the front-end fence 60 times per minute, and the peak value of each pulse varies between 700V-5000V depending on the set value.
